Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Email contact@maldune.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Changes to your order

To change your shipping address or items before dispatch, contact contact@maldune.com  quickly and we'll do our best to update it. We can't guarantee changes once an order is being prepared for shipment.
