We want you to love your results. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

Our money-back guarantee

Maldune is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've used your device consistently and aren't happy with your results, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund of the purchase price (see conditions below).

Standard returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email contact@maldune.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged through misuse. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@maldune.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
