Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 12-14 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@maldune.com

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at contact@maldune.com and we'll do our best to help.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
